This course teaches participants to recognise mobbing and to distinguish it from situations that do not meet the definition a one-off conflict, justified criticism of work performance, occupational stress and discrimination. Participants learn how the mechanism escalates, which organisational factors increase the risk, and what early warning signs appear within a team.

The second part is practical: what an employee, a witness, a manager and the employer should actually do once a signal is received, how to document incidents, what a complaint should contain, how to conduct a fact-finding interview, and which interim protective measures to apply before proceedings conclude.

A dedicated module covers the amendment to the Labour Code effective 5 November 2026: the new definition based on persistent harassment, the removal of the long-duration requirement and of the need to demonstrate a specific effect, the open catalogue of mobbing behaviours, the obligation for employers with at least 10 employees to set out internal rules and procedures (deadline for adaptation: 5 May 2027), the increased statutory minimum compensation, and the transitional provisions. The course also corrects a widespread online misconception that the amendment shifts the burden of proof onto the employer.
